Why pre-register?
Pre-registration ensures that you and your party have entry to the event for both Saturday and Sunday. You need not take a chance at the gate as the door will be closed when capacity is reached. Also, you can save money if you pre-register online.

How much do I have to pay?
Pre-registration fees are provided in the table below. Registration at the gate, depending on availability, will cost additional $5 per category, except for children under 6.

What is the last day to pre-register?
Wednesday, September 23.

How do I pay for Pre-registration?
Pre-registration on this website accepts VISA, Master card, Discover, and American Express. If you have a PayPal account, you may also use PayPal.

Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payment is made via PayPal site, which is a secure transaction site and is used by millions of users worldwide from Amazon to E-bay. You will enter your credit card details actually on the secured PayPal website.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Once you are at PayPal website, you will find an option to pay using your credit card directly. But, if you want, you can use your existing PayPal account or create one.

Can I cancel the pre-registration?
Cancellations will be honored till Sept 20, 2009. Please send an email to gsca.nj@gmail.com by Sep 20, 2009 and a representative will get in touch with you.

How do I know that the transaction is successful?
The PayPal website will show the transaction details. You will also be receiving an email. Please remember to bring with you at the Puja Gate a copy of the email as the proof of pre-registration.

Can I contact someone if I have any questions on pre registration?
Yes. Please send an email to gsca.nj@gmail.com with your question(s) and a representative will get back to you.

What if I miss to pre-register?
If we do not reach full capacity through pre-registration, we will allow patrons to pay at the Gate ($5 extra per person) on a first-come-first-served basis as long there is space. Please check at our website www.gsca.us for periodic updates.

How do I use my pre registration on the days of the event?
It is necessary that you print and bring your pre registration confirmation email with you. As you enter the building, walk to the tables for “Pre registered Guests” to pick up your registration package. GSCA reserves the right to verify personal photo identification when necessary. Valid identification is a must for college students.

Why do I need to pick up the registration package at the Gate? Is it really necessary?
The registration package contains entry passes, wrist bands, etc. important information that allows GSCA to manage the gathering in order to serve you better. Without the materials inside the registration package, you will not be able to attend various exciting stuff. So, do not forget to pick up the registration package.
